Our School

Grades Taught

École Mother d’Youville School offers a dual track, English and French Immersion program for Beaumont and area students in grades 5 to 9 . MDY opened its doors in September 2017. Students at MDY are sorted into one of our four houses (Bears, Foxes, Owls, Wolves) to build community and strengthen engagement across all grade levels.

École Mother d’Youville School honours Saint Marie-Marguerite d’Youville (1701-1771), a French Canadian widow who founded the famous Grey Nuns religious order of sisters. Mother d’Youville has inspired and continues to inspire thousands of people. Churches, schools and charity organizations around the world bear her name and seek her patronage.
